The resort takes care of every operational aspect, from promotion to the marketing of stays, through to bookings, guest welcome and dedicated guest services, ensuring an experience of true excellence. Tailored formulas are available, designed to combine the peace of mind of a guaranteed return of 4% on the purchase value with potential yields of up to 10%, enhancing the value of the investment over time.

Enrolment is optional and does not change the villa’s status, which remains a branded residence in full ownership.

Membership options

The owner can entrust the villa for the entire year, make it available only during agreed periods or define their personal calendar in advance. The Guaranteed Income Rental Program is also available, with a fixed fee set contractually and a component linked to rental performance. Amounts, duration and terms are established on a villa-by-villa basis.

Management entirely entrusted to borgo

Borgo Harenae contracts with guests in its own name. Bookings, payments, complaints and hospitality services therefore remain the responsibility of the operator, without involving the owner in the day-to-day dealings with those staying at the villa. Each property constitutes an independent cost and revenue centre, with dedicated reporting and results that are not offset against those of the other residences.

Property standards and protection

Access to the program is subject to compliance with Borgo Harenae's standards. Every stay includes property inspections, a security deposit and dedicated procedures for the safekeeping of personal belongings, ensuring the villa is returned ready for the owner's return.
